What should I send before asking for an aggregate plant quote? Send feed material and hardness, max feed size and moisture, target product sizes and TPH, whether you need single machines or a full line (and sand washing yes/no), site voltage/frequency and mobile vs stationary, plus destination port, Incoterm, lead-time target and inspection needs. With that list, a Gongyi sourcing coordinator can return a usable proposal instead of a generic catalogue PDF.
Who this checklist is for
This page is for:
- Overseas quarry and aggregate buyers specifying a new or replacement crushing line
- EPC / project engineers who need clean inputs before they compare China-origin options
- Traders and distributors who will resell or install equipment and must collect specs once—correctly
If you only know “I need a crusher,” stop and fill the sections below first. Incomplete inquiries create slow, wrong quotes.
Who we are
Gongyi Machinery is a sourcing / procurement coordinator in Gongyi, Henan, China. We match your feed, product sizes and capacity to qualified Gongyi-area partner plants, then help with configuration, pre-shipment inspection and export documentation. We do not manufacture crushers in our own factory, and we do not sell “equipment from “our own factory floor”.”
Public pages stay brand-agnostic. Specific plant names are shared in quoting, under NDA, or on an arranged visit—not as advertising on the open web.
Feed & rock (material checklist)
Copy this block into WhatsApp or email and fill every line you can:
- Material name — e.g. limestone, granite, basalt, river pebble, construction waste (be specific).
- Hardness / strength band — UCS or a practical hardness note if UCS is unknown (soft / medium / hard / very hard is better than silence).
- Abrasiveness — silica-rich / highly abrasive? (drives wear-part expectations).
- Max feed size (mm) — largest rock the primary stage must accept.
- Moisture / clay — sticky feed changes screens, chutes and wash needs.
- Contamination — metal, wood, soil (affects magnets, pre-screens, warranties).
Wrong feed data is the #1 reason primary jaws and feeders get ordered too small.
Product targets (sizes, TPH, sand)
- Saleable sizes / gradation — list fractions (e.g. 0–5, 5–10, 10–20, 20–31.5 mm) and approximate proportions if known.
- Shape requirement — “just size” vs more cubic concrete stone (steers impact vs cone paths).
- Target TPH — nameplate wish vs realistic hours/day; say both if they differ.
- Sand making — yes / no; target fineness if yes.
- Washing — yes / no; water availability and sludge handling notes.
- Stockpile / truck load-out — any constraint that changes conveyor length or bin count.
Capacities discussed in proposals are planning figures until material and duty cycle are confirmed—not catalogue bravado.
Line scope (single machines vs full line)
Tell us which scope you want:
- Single machines — jaw / cone / impact / hammer / roller + which screens or feeders.
- Full stationary line — primary → secondary/tertiary → screen → conveyors → stockpiles (block diagram in quote pack).
- Mobile plant — tire or track; number of stages; relocate frequency.
- Sand & wash add-ons — VSI / rod mill / wheel or spiral washer / fine recovery (see also sand making & beneficiation).
- Electrical & control — basic starters vs PLC; who supplies MCC locally.
For equipment context, read crushing & screening sourcing.
Site utilities & layout
- Voltage / frequency — e.g. 380 V 50 Hz, 480 V 60 Hz (wrong motors = expensive rework).
- Installed power limit — transformer / generator ceiling if known.
- Mobile vs stationary — and ground bearing / foundation constraints.
- Footprint — approximate length × width; height limits.
- Dust / noise / water rules — local expectations that change covers, spray and wash circuits.
- Altitude / climate — extremes that affect motors and hydraulics.
Commercial terms
- Destination port (or inland delivery point if already decided).
- Preferred Incoterm — FOB / CIF / CFR / others you actually use.
- Target lead time — when the site needs machines on the ground.
- Inspection — video, third-party, or buyer visit before shipment.
- Spare parts — wear parts for first 3–6 months? (list in quote pack layer 3).
- Documentation — packing list, CO, manuals language, any certificate you must have for customs.
Trade terms describe delivery and risk. They do not mean we own a factory floor.
How quoting works after you send the list
When the checklist is complete enough, we typically return a three-layer quote pack:
- Single-machine options — candidate configurations with key openings, power and wear notes (brand-agnostic on the public web; named partners in private files as agreed).
- Recommended full-line block diagram — stages, recycle, screens and conveyors sized to your fractions and TPH.
- Inspection & spare parts — what gets checked before shipment and a starter wear-parts list.
If fields are missing, we only chase the missing items—we do not invent tonnage case studies (“already exported XX kt to Country Y”) to fill the gap.
For import process context, see importing from China.

Hi — requesting a coordinated aggregate-line quote.
1) Material: ___ ; hardness/UCS: ___
2) Max feed size: ___ mm ; moisture: ___
3) Products: ___ ; TPH: ___ ; sand wash: yes/no
4) Scope: single machines / full line / mobile

Send only facts you know. Blank fields are fine—we will ask follow-ups instead of guessing.
What slows quotes down (avoid these)
- “Need a crusher” with no feed size or product list
- Mixing charcoal / oil-press requests into an aggregate thread (different sourcing path)
- Asking public pages to name a factory brand before any NDA / visit agreement
- Demanding a “own-factory floor” price story—we do not sell that identity
- Inventing competitor tonnage claims as your design basis
Clear inputs → faster coordinated proposal. Vague inputs → checklist chase only.
FAQ
Do you manufacture aggregate plants?
No. We coordinate qualified Gongyi-area partner plants, inspection and export documentation. We are a procurement coordinator, not a manufacturer.
What information do I need before asking for a quote?
Use this page’s checklist: feed & rock, product sizes & TPH, line scope, power / mobility, port & Incoterm, inspection needs. The more complete the list, the faster a coordinated proposal comes back.
Will the public page name the factory brand?
No. Public pages stay brand-agnostic. Specific plant names are shared in quoting and visits as agreed. You will not see competitor-style brand marketing or unauthorized logos on this site.
CTA — request a coordinated quote
Ready to send the checklist?
- WhatsApp: +86 18695901333
- Web: Request a sourcing proposal — use wording like “Get a coordinated quote,” never ask for a manufacturer-floor quote on this public page.
Paste the filled checklist in your first message. We will confirm what is enough to quote and what still needs clarification.
